These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of EXXUIT (“Maison”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By browsing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Age Restriction: You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental authorization to place an order.
Refusal of Service: To protect brand integrity and prevent abuse, Exxuit reserves the right to refuse service, disable website accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion.
Exxuit collections feature artisanal textiles, hand-finished tailoring, and delicate linings. Minor variations in weave, texture, embroidery, or shade are inherent to luxury craftsmanship and do not constitute manufacturing defects.
All orders are subject to material availability. If a garment or fabric becomes unavailable after checkout, Client Care will notify you immediately for a full refund or bespoke alternative.
Order Confirmation: Order receipt emails do not constitute final acceptance. Acceptance occurs upon issuance of a dispatch confirmation.
Reseller Restrictions: To preserve exclusivity, Exxuit strictly prohibits purchases intended for unauthorized resale, commercial distribution, or dealer activities. We reserve the right to cancel suspected bulk or commercial orders.
Bespoke or custom-fitted garments are crafted strictly according to client-provided specifications. Once fabric cutting has commenced, measurement adjustments may incur additional service fees. Custom-tailored, altered, or personalized commissions are non-refundable.
3-Day Window: Standard collection pieces may be returned or exchanged within 3 calendar days (72 hours) of delivery confirmation.
To be eligible for a return or exchange:
While we partner with premier courier services to ensure timely white-glove delivery, Exxuit shall not be held liable for indirect damages, event cancellations, or scheduling conflicts resulting from carrier delays. Delivery inspection must be reported within 48 hours if archival boxes arrive externally damaged.
All brand marks, garment designs, visual media, and text belong exclusively to Exxuit. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited. These terms are governed by standard legal contractual frameworks.
